Terms and Conditions

The Austrian hotel regulations apply as the basis for Apartments Niederseer. In addition to the "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry", the following cancellation conditions apply at Apartments Niederseer:

 

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival.
  • Cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival will be charged at 50 percent of the price of the entire booking.
  • Cancellations after 4 weeks before arrival or no-show will be charged at 100 percent of the price of the entire booking.

 

  • Payment by credit card is not possible. We kindly ask you to pay the outstanding amount in cash during your stay.

  • Apartment Niederseer reserves the right, depending on the circumstances (e.g., in connection with events, festivals, or similar occasions), to collect a security deposit of EUR 200 to EUR 400. The deposit is due in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after the apartment has been returned in proper condition and following the final inspection. Any damage or extraordinary cleaning costs may be offset against the deposit.
