- The building has a 1.000 m² garden with a spacious lawn for sunbathing, a children’s playground, table tennis table, barbecue, summerhouse, games, and lots more besides. It’s a great place to relax, with a wonderful view of the Schattberg, Zwölferkogel, Bernkogel and Kohlmais mountain.
- Our guests in the summer can take advantage of the secure bike storage in our own bike room. You can also store bulky equipment there. A separate, heated bike locker for equipment, tools and washing facilities for bikes and accessories complete our offer for all bike enthusiasts.
- Each apartment has a locker that is equipped with a shoe and glove dryer as well as space for the secure storage of ski and bike equipment.

- TIP: For all those who want to use the day of arrival and departure as an extra day of vacation, you are welcome to use our changing and luggage room, so that you can start your holiday a bit earlier at the first day or your journey home a bit later. Of course, there is no charge for this.
